Children’s Workshops & Craft Corner Activities

ALL Classes and workshops are designed for children ages 3 to 15. 

These are walk in workshops and crafts so come anytime to enjoy them with the exception of the Fulgurite class which is an actual sit down class, on Thursday from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm and again on Saturday from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm, where we will be learning about Fulgurites (a crystal formed from lighting striking the ground) and then we will be duplicating the process in class using copper rods and a welder. Children will get to watch as the welder hitting the copper pipe forms crystals in the sand.

Coloring Contest Starts 3 Age Groups (Judging and Prizes awarded on Saturday)

Rock Painting Craft $3.00 Per Child – ALL DAY

How Fulgurites Form Workshop $10.00 Per Child 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm (This interactive class is on Fulgurites which are crystals formed from lightning strikes, we will be duplicating this process in class where children will get to see crystals form in sand!)
